Liz Rewards Program Announcement & Eligibility

All Liz Claiborne new york retail store customers are invited to become Liz Rewards members by completing an enrollment application in one of the following ways: (1) by phone, call 866.549.7392; (2) by visiting www.LizRewards.com; (3) by visiting a participating Liz Claiborne new york retail store. There are no fees to join, and members must be legal residents of the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico and at least 18 years of age.
No purchase is necessary to join Liz Rewards.
Employees of Liz Claiborne, Inc. and its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible for membership.

Cancel Your Membership

You may cancel your Liz Rewards or Liz Rewards Elite membership at any time by contacting the Liz Rewards customer care center at 866.549.7392 or by writing to: Liz Rewards, 4477 Reynolds Drive, Hilliard, Ohio 43026-9920.
Liz Claiborne new york retail stores reserves the right to cancel membership at its sole discretion.

Points & Rewards

Liz Rewards Members earn 10 points per dollar spent on qualifying purchases at any Liz Claiborne new york retail store. All purchase amounts are rounded up to the nearest dollar.
Liz Rewards Elite members earn 15 points per dollar spent on qualifying purchases at any Liz Claiborne new york retail store. All purchase amounts are rounded up to the nearest dollar.
Liz Rewards Members paying with a Liz Claiborne private-label credit card will earn an additional 5 points per dollar spent—or a total of 15 points per dollar spent—on qualifying purchases at any Liz Claiborne new york retail stores.
Liz Rewards Elite members paying with a Liz Claiborne private-label credit card will earn an additional 5 points per dollar spent—or a total of 20 points per dollar spent—on qualifying purchases at participating Liz Claiborne new york retail stores.
Points are awarded for purchases made at Liz Claiborne new york retail stores only. Points are not awarded for online purchases (www.lizclaiborne.com) or purchases of Liz Claiborne products at other retail establishments, including department stores, and specialty, retail and outlet stores not operating under the Liz Claiborne new york retail store brand.
Upon your submission of the completed enrollment application, you will automatically earn 500 points. If you choose to provide the optional email address and other customer profile information requested in the application, you will earn additional points.
Member points automatically expire 24 months after they are earned.
Points are awarded on net purchases, minus returns and taxes.
Points and promotional offers may be offered to select members based on purchase activity, geographic location, program participation or other information supplied by the customer.
Points are issued for promotional purposes only when qualifying purchases are made.
Points have no fixed value, cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be transferred to other individuals. Issuance of merchandise credits and the purchase of gift cards or gift certificates are not eligible for points. Points will be earned upon redemption of merchandise credits, gift cards and gift certificates.
Member accounts and points are not transferable and may only be used by an individual member for the member’s personal benefit. Member agrees that the Liz Rewards program and all associated points, rewards, and benefits do not create any property rights in favor of member.
Member benefits cannot be combined with benefits accrued in a separate account.
In the event a Liz Claiborne new york retail store membership account is not utilized for a twenty-four month period, Liz Claiborne new york retail store reserves the right to cancel your membership and zero out the points earned. You may re-enroll in the program, however, previously earned points which were zeroed out will not be credited and you will start with a balance of zero points.
Points or Reward Certificates may be subject to tax liability. Any tax liability, including disclosure, is the sole responsibility of the member.
If you believe points have not been credited accurately to your Liz Rewards membership account, please contact the Liz Rewards customer care center at 866.549.7392 or write to: Liz Rewards, 4477 Reynolds Drive, Hilliard, Ohio 43026-9920. Claims must be filed within 60 days from transaction date where points are alleged to have been earned.
Liz Claiborne new york retail stores shall have no liability for failure, delay or error in crediting points to your Liz Rewards account.

Liz Rewards Certificates

For every 2,000 points earned, Members will receive a certificate for $10 off their next purchase of $10 or more.
Members may use an unlimited number of certificates to make a purchase, but the value of the purchase must equal or exceed the total value of the combined certificates, as no cash will be given as change.
Certificates are automatically mailed to members every time a member’s points meet or exceed the 2,000-point threshold.
After earning enough points to merit a certificate, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of your certificate.
For every $10 certificate issued, 2,000 points will automatically be deducted from the member’s account.
Certificates may not be used to purchase gift cards or gift certificates or be applied toward payment of Liz Claiborne private label credit card account balances. Liz Claiborne new york retail store is not responsible for lost or stolen certificates. For every item returned, a proportionate percentage of the certificate will be deducted. Certificates cannot be applied towards previous purchases or gift cards. The certificate must be surrendered at time of purchase. Certificates are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Certificates are void if sold, duplicated, or reproduced, and where prohibited.
Certificates expire 60 days after being issued.
Members may earn up to a maximum of $200 in certificates per year and a maximum of $50 in certificates per month.

Communication & Privacy

By enrolling in Liz Rewards and Liz Rewards Elite, you agree that Liz Claiborne new york retail stores may send you special promotional offers and other mailed or e-mailed communications related to the Liz Rewards and Liz Rewards Elite program.
Members may choose to discontinue mail or e-mail or both communications by contacting the Liz Rewards customer care center. Members understand that the discontinuation of either form of communication may result in the loss of promotional discounts and offers related to the Liz Rewards program, but Members will still receive any rewards certificates earned.
Member personal information will be held in accordance with Liz Claiborne new york retail store’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at: LizClaiborne.com and at www.LizRewards.com.

Share the Savings

200 points will be added for each of the five friends who registers for email by filling out all the required fields with accurate information during the promotional period.
200 additional points will be added for each of the five friends who registers for Liz Rewards loyalty program by filling out all the required fields with accurate information during the promotional period.
No additional points will be added for friends already enrolled in the Liz Rewards program.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Liz Claiborne new york retail stores reserves the right to change the terms, conditions for participation, awards and benefits for both Liz Rewards and Liz Rewards Elite members at any time without notice and without liability to you.
Liz Claiborne new york retail stores reserves the right to change or cancel any reward, including increasing the points required to earn rewards.
Liz Claiborne new york retail stores reserves the right to institute blackout dates and restrictions on merchandise, including clearance items, eligible for certificate redemption.
Fraudulent use of Liz Rewards status may result in membership termination.

Program Termination

Liz Claiborne new york retail stores may discontinue the Liz Rewards and Liz Rewards Elite program at any time for any reason without any further obligations to members.
